Starting from the academic year 2009-2010, the CSGP - Centro Studi "Federico Stella" sulla Giustizia penale e la Politica criminale, presently "Federico Stella" Penale Graduate School of Criminal Justice (ASGP) - organizes a yearly cycle of seminars and conferences on themes of justice and literature. Inspired by the Law and Literature courses organized in many English and American universities, but also broadening their perspective in an original way, these meetings aim to bring participants, thanks to the testimonies of eminent writers, literary critics and jurists, into contact with the interpretations of significant literary texts relevant to issues of justice (especially criminal justice), thus refining the openness to interdisciplinary dialogue, the cultural sensitivity and the "sense of justice" of members of legal and other professions and students.
