Anticorruzione e Trasparenza
The issues of preventing and combating corruptive practices and ensuring transparency in public administrations - especially in the context of public evidence procedures - have been at the centre of public debate and sector discipline reforms for several years.
In the past years, these issues have been dealt with in the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Advanced Training Course (CoPAT), activated on the basis of a Convention stipulated between the Catholic University, the CSGP - "Federico Stella" Study Centre on Criminal Justice and Criminal Policy, now the "Federico Stella" Graduate School of Criminal Justice (ASGP), and A.N.AC.
Starting from the academic year 2019 - 2020 CoPAT has been replaced by the Advanced Training Course in Anti-Corruption and Public Contracts (ACoP), which aims to provide specialist knowledge and skills in the particular areas of anti-corruption and public contracts.
The didactic method of the Course is characterized by a markedly interdisciplinary and case studies approach, which combines the perspectives of administrative law and criminal law and aims to combine an in-depth examination of the current legislative and jurisprudential framework, both Italian and European, with the practical experience of the operators.
